Florida requires that every person conducting business in the insurance agency acquire an insurance license. There are two main licenses for individuals serving businesses with their insurance needs. These are the 4-40 license and the 2-20 license. The 4-40 license is used for Customer Service Representatives and the 2-20 is for fully licensed Insurance Agents. The list of agents to the left have obtained their 2-20 insurance license. Black Bear Insurance Agency also strongly encourages its employees to pursue continuing education and obtain many of the different insurance designations that are avaible to agents.
